School Fundraising Products
Our fundraising program means it is possible to raise significant funds for your school or playgroup. You are under no obligation to order playground art from us if you take part in fundraising with Picture It Schools however you may like to use the money raised to fund your playground art purchase. Why choose our fundraising program?
- We offer a wide range of products to suit all tastes and budgets, some of which we believe aren’t offered by any other company in the UK.
- We can use children’s drawings, paintings, collages or even photographs on most of our products. We can print individual pictures onto our products or we can produce composite images combining lots of pictures into one work of art. Take a look at the Four Seasons pictures by Barrington C of E School (VC) at the bottom of the next page to see an example.
- We can also combine art from siblings in one product
- Every sale makes a profit for your school or group. You collect money from parents and send us payment after taking out your profit.
- Any number of children of any age can create some art or have a photo made into an exciting art product! For a small fee we can edit your photos or apply effects.
- If you want to you can use your profit to buy some art from us for your indoor or outdoor space! We will give you a 10% discount off any purchase for your school or group if you order within 6 months of your fundraising order. Terms and conditions apply, contact us for more details.
How does it work?

- We provide order forms & sample items for display
- Each child produces a picture on our order form
- Parents view the art and order their items
- You collect the order forms and payments
- You send us the order forms with your payment, keeping your profit
- We send out your products within 2 - 8 weeks

We offer a variety of products as fundraisers. From our innovative metal and art prints and frames and personalised clocks to the more traditional personalised tea towels and coasters, there really is something for everyone. See below for details of all our fundraising products.

Pictures, Art Prints and Frames
Metal Pictures
We offer two Metal Art products in our fundraising program. Our Metal Desktops are a popular way of displaying childrens’ art or favourite photographs. Desktops make great gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or Mother's & Father's Days. Supplied with a chrome leg they stand perfectly on the mantelpiece or office desk. The light reflecting properties of our Metal Desktops makes them extremely popular with all ages. Increase your earnings potential by promoting these to parents with photos as well as artwork on. Available in 4 sizes 6"x4", 6"x6", 7"x5" and 9"x6" you can raise up to £4 from the sale of each picture. Metal Panels are lightweight, light reflecting A4 & A3 metal pictures. You can raise £5 on each picture sold.
Bamboo Paper Art Prints
Bamboo Paper Art Prints produced from bamboo plants, a sustainable source. Bamboo paper has a velvety look to it and an amazing depth of colour. Excellent for really bright and colourful pictures. Available as an A3 print ready to frame. Your school can raise £3.50 on each print sold.
Acrylic Picture Pockets
Our Acrylic Picture Pockets are a stylish way to display photos or a child’s pictures. We supply 5” square acrylic pockets which attach to the wall with re-positional tape. Photos or pictures are slotted into each pocket. Benefits are that the pictures can be changed as often as required and the pockets can be repositioned when required. An ideal purchase or gift for someone who doesn’t want to be bothered with fixing, or who is unable to use hooks or nails on walls. You can raise up to £1.50 on each picture pocket for your school.
Canvas Art
Our A3 canvases are printed as giclee fine art prints on a white canvas then stretched and mounted on a wooden frame by hand. The image is to the front of the canvas with white edges. You can raise £5.50 on each canvas sold.
Poster Prints
also offer your children’s art or collages as A4, A3 and A2 poster prints. Ideal if your school has purchased a “Day in the Life of the School” memory board from us. Posters are printed on matt photographic paper and supplied ready for framing or attaching to a wall. You can raise up to £6 on each print.
Personalised Clocks
Metal Clocks
Light reflecting metal clocks printed with children's artwork or photographs. Available in two sizes A4 or 30cm square. Each clock you sell will raise £5 for your school.
Wooden Clocks
Quality circular wooden timepiece printed in full colour. Clock supplied in own presentation box. Size 20cm diameter approximately. Your school can raise £5 from the sale of each clock.

Below is our current price list showing how much you buy an item from us for, our recommended retail price for you to sell to parents and friends of the school, and the profit you will make per item. Most of our gifts are available to order with no minimum quantity. Where a minimum quantity is shown this applies to the same or different design. There is an additional charge of £2.50 per item when reproducing a photograph on any of the products marked with an * This does not apply to children’s artwork.
