Picture It Schools Products
We offer five main indoor and outdoor art products at Picture It Schools. All our pictures are reproduced using UV resistant and waterproof inks. All media is suitable for displaying outdoors all year round. Other indoor and outdoor art products can be viewed at our sister website www.pictureitphotoart.co.uk and we can custom build a package for you using any of these mediums so please contact us if you have a specific enquiry.
We have tried to keep this next bit as simple and as straightforward as possible! However there are so many options of shapes and sizes for your art as well as a choice of individual pictures or composite images that we recommend you contact us with your own requirements. Additionally you can order individual items for fundraising from the children’s pictures (see our fundraising page for details of our full range of fundraising items). We give four guide prices here but we will do our best to work with you to make your art affordable. All our prices include the artwork we will need to do to make your pictures print ready. Prices also include delivery costs. VAT is excluded.

Our Metal Panels are stunning! We use an aluminium composite board which will not tarnish. It has stunning light reflecting properties bringing the art alive as the sun catches it. Inks are UV resistant and waterproof. Bright colours look amazing on these panels making them particularly suitable for children's art, whilst more muted colours have an ethereal quality as the light catches them. Our Metal Panels also look good indoors! They are very lightweight so can be hung on a variety of surfaces. Small pictures come ready to hang on your wall or fence with acrylic keyhole fixings. All larger pictures are finished with pre-drilled holes. We can supply satin chrome pillars for offset mounting to walls or posts at no additional cost.
Our fabric wall art is designed to cover large areas such as the sides of a shed or ugly wall. Our fabric banners are suitable for large outdoor pictures even where the art will meet with wind resistance. The mesh PVC material is ideal for building wraps or areas in which a standard banner could easily be damaged by wind. The mesh banner material is porous which allows wind to pass through creating less stress on the banner itself. They are printed with UV resistant and waterproof inks. If you're looking for the wow factor on a budget these give you a great look for a low price.
Prices for our PVC and mesh material depend on the quantity you order. We also have a minimum order requirement of 2 sq metres and the price per square metre for this minimum order is £150 psm. The more you order the cheaper the cost per square metre and if you require 12 sq metres or more then we only charge you £56.25 a square metre. Contact us for more details and prices.
Acrylic Art looks simply stunning in your outdoor space or playground. We print directly onto the reverse of the acrylic. When it’s dirty simply clean it with warm water. All sorts of images look good on acrylic panels. Unless specifically requested we do not print white onto the acrylic which instead produces transparent areas where there is white in the original image. This produces an ethereal look and the picture appears to float away from the wall. Our 10mm Acrylic panels have polished bevelled edges. Our standard 5mm panels are straight edged. We supply the white back board to show your image to best effect where the background wall colour conflicts. Fixing is easy with the four corner spacers supplied.
Unlike many current producers of pictures who bond a photographic print to the acrylic we print directly to the reverse of the acrylic thereby ensuring that the image will never peel off. The print is cured in place using ultra violet light. The printing process creates a layer of long lasting ink. The inks are light stable to a level that exceeds normal art printing processes by some margin. They can be hung outside and would be expected to last more than 4 years in an outdoor application, indoors we can expect a lifetime of vivid clarity. As with any piece of art try and avoid placing your Acrylic Art in direct sunlight for the maximum life. Acrylic in its nature can be damaged by the use of organic solvents, so it is strongly advised that solvent chemicals and abrasive cloths of any form are NOT used to clean the acrylic. This includes baby wipes, screen cleaners, polish, glass cleaners etc. The only liquid that should be used is warm slightly soapy water with a soft cloth. If being placed outdoors it is strongly recommended that all garden solvents, paints and jet washes are not used on Acrylic Art.
Stunning Water Walls in Stainless Steel with your pupils' art or your school logo printed onto the central acrylic panel. Supplied ready to install (electricity supply required for pump). White areas of an image will be transparent allowing you to look through the water wall. These features are supplied with the water pump and plastic sump with lid. Once filled, levelled and turned on, the water runs inside the stainless steel frame over the acrylic panel.
Our range of stainless steel water walls have been manufactured to add a bright feel and space to your playground, by bouncing light and reflecting the environment surrounding the feature back. They have been designed to be sunk into the ground, to give a feel of mystery as the water cascades down the panel. If you require the feature to free stand the optional extra stainless steel surround will hide the black plastic sump. If you are fitting this feature into the ground then 17 cm will need to be deducted from the height of the features dimension.
